第三次全国教育工作会议明确指出:教育是知识创新、传播和应用的基地,也是培养创新精神和创新人才的重要摇篮。我国高校体育教育改革将体育教学目标重新定位于学生创新能力的培养,造就德才兼备、身体健康的新一代建设人才。心理学理论研究认为,培养学生的创新能力,就是培养学生的创造个性和发散思维。本课题试图从大学生的个性心理特征、创造力思维结构及智力因素等方面入手,深入探讨高校体育教学创新能力培养策略,为提高人才培养质量提供可借鉴的理论依据。
The Third National Education Conference clearly pointed out: Education is the base for knowledge innovation, dissemination and application as well as an important cradle for cultivating innovative spirit and innovating talents. The reform of physical education in colleges and universities in our country repositions the goal of physical education in the cultivation of students’ innovative abilities and creates a new generation of qualified personnel with both ability and political integrity. Psychological theory that the cultivation of students ’ability to innovate, is to cultivate students’ personality and divergent thinking. This topic attempts to start with the individual psychological characteristics of college students, the thinking structure of creative thinking and intellectual factors, and other aspects of college physical education to explore innovative cultivation strategies to improve the quality of personnel training to provide a theoretical basis for reference.
