研究了影响聚硫推进剂试件内裂纹扩展的各种因素。对含裂纹的推进剂试件进行了大量的燃烧试验 ,其燃烧过程用 X射线实时成像系统进行了记录 ;并用粘弹性有限元方法计算了试件在燃烧过程中的应力应变状态 ,利用 J积分法对裂纹扩展的可能性进行了预估。理论分析和试验结果均表明 :燃烧室增压速率、裂纹尺寸、边界条件等因素对裂纹的扩展均有较强的影响。该研究结果对制定固体火箭发动机装药失效判据有一定的参考价值
Various factors affecting the crack propagation in polysulfide propellants were studied. A large number of combustion tests were carried out on cracked propellant samples. The combustion process was recorded by a real-time X-ray imaging system. The stress-strain state of the samples during combustion was calculated by using the viscoelastic finite element method. The J- The law predicts the possibility of crack propagation. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the factors such as supercharging rate, crack size and boundary conditions have a strong influence on the crack growth. The results of this study have certain reference value for setting the failure criterion of solid rocket motor
