通过对磨矿理论的研究与现场生产实践相结合,提出了一个全新的研究方向——微分区化磨矿,即将同一台球磨机分为两个区:粗磨区和细磨区。在粗磨区,增加大钢球比例,从而加强钢球的冲击作用;在细磨区,增加小钢球的比例,提高钢球的研磨作用,从而提高磨机的生产效率,降低磨矿成本。在某黄金选矿厂进行了应用试验研究,结果表明,在磨矿产品细度不变的条件下,磨矿效率得到显著提高,具有明显的节能降耗效果。
Through the combination of the research of grinding theory and the field production practice, a new research direction - differential zone grinding is proposed. The same ball mill is divided into two zones: coarse grinding zone and fine grinding zone. In the rough grinding area, increase the proportion of large steel ball, so as to enhance the impact of the ball; in the fine grinding area, increase the proportion of small steel ball to improve the ball grinding effect, thereby increasing the mill’s production efficiency and reduce grinding costs . The application of a gold ore dressing plant test results show that the grinding fineness of the same conditions, the grinding efficiency has been significantly improved, with significant energy saving effect.
