白僵蚕体内所含的草酸铵为抗惊厥的有效药用成分。采用响应面法优化了白僵蚕草酸铵的提取工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选择提取温度、提取时间、原料质量浓度3个因素进行中心组合试验,建立了草酸铵得率的二次回归方程。此模型拟合性好,通过响应面分析以及岭嵴分析得到了优化组合条件。试验结果表明,提取温度及原料质量浓度对草酸铵得率都有显著影响,当提取工艺条件为温度85℃,提取时间65 min,原料质量浓度43 g/L时,草酸铵得率达到最大值。此条件下草酸铵得率验证值为3.25%,与预测值3.29%基本一致。
White stinkbug body contains ammonium oxalate as an effective anticonvulsant medicinal ingredients. Response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of white silkworm ammonium oxalate. Based on the single factor experiment, three factors of extraction temperature, extraction time and raw material concentration were chosen to conduct the central combination test, and the quadratic regression equation of ammonium oxalate yield was established. The model has good fitting properties, and the optimal combination conditions are obtained by response surface analysis and ridge ridge analysis. The results showed that the extraction temperature and the mass concentration of raw materials had a significant impact on the yield of ammonium oxalate. When the extraction conditions were temperature 85 ℃, extraction time 65 min, the mass concentration of raw materials 43 g / L, the yield of ammonium oxalate reached the maximum . Under this condition, the yield of ammonium oxalate was 3.25%, which was basically consistent with the predicted value of 3.29%.
