目的:探讨不同种质资源及贮藏条件对秦艽种子发芽率的影响。方法:采用不同条件贮藏的秦艽种子进行常规种子发芽试验,计算种子发芽率。结果:甘肃6个不同产地的秦艽种子发芽率有较大的差异,栽培秦艽种子的发芽率高于野生秦艽种子的发芽率。包装材料、贮藏温度和贮藏时间等因素对秦艽种子发芽率均会产生影响。结论:秦艽种子采收后封贮纸袋冷藏(4±l)℃是最适宜的储藏方式,冷藏保存可延长种子寿命,提高种子发芽率。常温贮藏秦艽种子不宜超过1年。
Objective: To investigate the germination rate of Gentiana macrophylla due to different germplasm resources and storage conditions. Methods: The seeds of Gentiana macrophylla storied in different conditions were germinated and the germination rate was calculated. Results: Germination rate of seeds of Gentiana macrophylla in six different habitats of Gansu province were quite different. The germination rate of Gentiana macrophylla seeds was higher than that of wild Gentiana macrophylla seeds. Packaging materials, storage temperature and storage time and other factors will have an impact on germination rate of Gentiana macrophylla seeds. Conclusion: It is the most suitable storage mode for the postharvest seal bag to be refrigerated (4 ± 1) ℃ after cold storage, which can prolong the seed life and increase the seed germination rate. Stored at room temperature Gentiana seeds should not be more than 1 year.
