本文建立了用纳米材料富集/电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)仪测定纺织品萃取液中痕量砷的方法。依据GB/T 3922配制的模拟酸性汗液萃取纺织品中的痕量砷,应用纳米Fe3O4对萃取液中的痕量砷进行富集浓缩,基体匹配后用ICP-OES法测定纺织品中痕量砷元素。在优化条件下,即在室温,pH值5.5,用50 mg纳米Fe3O4定量富集纺织品中痕量砷,震荡240 min后,静置离心,弃去上层清液,下层纳米Fe3O4用盐酸溶解,基体匹配后用ICP-OES仪测定。本法回收率在91%以上,实际纺织品的加标回收率在91.98%~102.08%之间,平均回收率96.38%。
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace arsenic in textile extracts by nano-material enrichment / inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) has been established.
