目的:通过对两种玻璃离子充填窝洞边缘密封性和扫描电镜研究,为临床应用的可靠性提供理论依据。方法:采用人的离体双尖牙,在颊面颈部制备洞形,以光固化玻璃离子或普通玻璃离子充填窝洞,扫描电镜观察比较两种试验材料与洞壁的密封性。结果:光固化玻璃离子与洞壁相互嵌合,紧密粘结在一起。普通玻璃离子与洞壁间有10μm~70μm的缝隙存在,边缘不整齐。结论:光固化玻璃离子与洞壁的密封性优于普通玻璃离子。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis for the reliability of clinical application by studying the sealing performance of the two glass ion-filled cavity edges and the scanning electron microscopy. Methods: Human isolated bicuspid teeth were used to prepare holes in the buccal and cervical areas. The cavities were filled with light-cured glass ions or normal glass ions. The sealing properties of the two test materials and the cave walls were compared by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The light-cured glass ions and the cavity wall are fitted with each other and closely adhered together. Ordinary glass ions and holes between the wall of 10μm ~ 70μm gap exists, the edge is not neat. Conclusion: The light-cured glass ionosphere and the sealing of the wall is superior to ordinary glass ions.
