As an integral part of colleges and universities, applied physical education curriculum has no doubt its value and function, but there is still room for discussion on its connotation. This article analyzes the health protection of students, disseminates the sports culture and serves the public. It explores the connotation of the applied physical education curriculum and hopes to provide references for the relevant research. All along, the understanding and understanding of applied PE courses are all based on a state of expression, lacking uniform standards and propositions.
