随着现代人才竞争的日趋激烈,在舞蹈文化高度发展的今天,舞蹈编导成为了一个热门职业,也成为了许多学生梦想的专业,但也应看到,当前学校舞蹈编导的教学也存在一些问题,主要是受其他专业教育以及教学习惯的影响,部分从事舞蹈编导的老师在教学中对自己的角色定位还不够准确。本文主要探讨在舞蹈编导的教学过程中如何发挥好教师的作用,引导学生发挥积极性与主动性,这与教师找到自己的角色定位息息相关,同时,各种社会文化潮流的不断变化,也会影响到编导课程的发展。
With the increasingly fierce competition of modern talents, dance choreography has become a hot job and a professional dream of many students today when dance culture is highly developed. However, it should be noted that there are some problems in current choreographer teaching , Mainly due to other professional education and teaching habits. Some teachers engaged in dance choreography did not locate their roles correctly in teaching. This paper mainly discusses how to play a good role as a teacher in the process of teaching dance choreographers and to guide students to play a positive and active role, which is closely related to teachers’ finding their own roles. At the same time, the constant changes in various social and cultural trends also affect Guiding curriculum development.
