对汽轮机设备来说,通汽部分轴封处的间隙是非常小的。其数值一般要求在0.25~0.40公厘范围之内,加之其结构复杂,结果给测量工作带来了很大的不便。特别是对轴封顶部间隙的测量,一般发电厂中只能采用压胶布的方法估计其概略数值,而不能准确的测得其间隙的实际数值。但是,一般对轴封间隙的要求是比较严格的。如果间隙调正过大,即会引起汽轮机效率的降低,甚至由于汽封的大量漏汽经过轴承混入油系统。如果间隙调正过小,就将会引起汽轮机动静部分的摩擦,甚至造成严重事故。因此,在汽轮机大修时,应仔细的调整和测量轴封间隙。在测量轴封间隙时,一般对于两侧辐向间隙可以
For steam turbine equipment, the clearance at the shaft seal of the steam section is very small.
