目的讨论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术如多平面重建(MPR),表面遮盖重建(SSD),INSPACE(VRT)等技术在胸外伤肋骨骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2007年3月至2009年3月资料完整的胸外伤肋骨骨折的患者共192例MSCT后处理图像资料,采用16层螺旋CT、MPR、SSD、VRT等后处理技术成功的显示了192例共235处骨折并与X线平片、CR、2DCT对照分析。结果多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理图像清晰的显示了192例共235处骨折、X平片和CR诊断214处、2DCT诊断骨折224处,MSCT后处理技术在发现细微小骨折、不全性骨折、隐匿性骨折及显示骨折的位置、范围、移位方向方面较好。MSCT后处理技术及X平片、CR、2DCT的联合应用能较好的显示肋骨骨折。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在胸外伤肋骨骨折中有重要的价值。

MSCT post-processing techniques and X-ray, CR, 2DCT joint application can better show rib fractures. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) post-processing technique is of great value in the treatment of rib fractures of thoracic trauma.
