当今中药饮片存在着供量不足、品种不齐、质量不稳定等问题。造成的原因虽是多方面的,但与炮制工艺有着密切的关系。目前,传统炮制工艺现状是工序多、技术难度大、设备落后、劳动强度大、生产效率低、无统一的工艺和质盛标准等等。为了切实保证质量和产量,改变不适应现代化工业生产的状况,近几年来,许多科研单位,中药厂家和广大中医药科技工作者,通过饮片炮制历史沿革的调查分析,应用现代科学手段等,对传统炮制工艺进行了研究和改革的探索:
