Preface To implement the “Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China”, it is an important task for metrological work in the machinery industry to achieve the unification of measurement system and the accurate and reliable data. It is imperative to formulate and promulgate metrological verification rules. Approved by the approval committee of metrological verification rules of the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1997 and 1998 and approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the enactment includes the measurement and inspection of instrumentation, electrician and bearing industries.
