目的 了解医院就诊病人患病后与心理状况密切相关的不同应激源的影响 ,为心理护理提供依据和对策。方法 采用自拟的一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表 ( SDS)、抑郁自评量表 ( SAS) ,对就诊病人进行个别测查。结果 与平时自觉健康状况比较 ,其中焦虑、抑郁 P<0 .0 1 ;不同满意度比较 P<0 .0 1 ;与自觉症状的转归比较 ,其中焦虑 P<0 .0 5;与治疗效果比较 ,经济压力分值 P<0 .0 5有显著意义 ;与婚姻状况比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 患者本身的疾病、平时的健康状况等可以作为不同应激源对病人产生不良的心理反应 ,我们应使用各种对策 ,提高病人的满意度
Objective To understand the influence of different stressors which are closely related to the psychological status of hospitalized patients after hospitalization and provide the basis and countermeasures for psychological nursing. Methods Self-assessment questionnaires, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SAS) were used to investigate the patients. Results Compared with usual self-conscious health condition, anxiety and depression were less than 0.01 (P <0.01); different satisfaction was less than P <0. 01; and anxiety was less than 0.05 Compared with the economic stress score P <0. 05 is significant; compared with marital status P <0. Conclusion Patients with their own disease, the usual health status can be used as different stressors to patients with adverse psychological reactions, we should use a variety of measures to improve patient satisfaction
