中国天然气管道系统的压缩机备用方案多是基于经验、机组本身可用性分析或是水力系统和经济角度的分析结果,没有考虑系统其他组成部分的影响。为全面反映备用方案对整个管道系统的影响,采用系统可靠性分析方法,以中俄东线北段为例,生产可用度为目标值,对不同输量下的压气站设置备用机组、无备用机组以及全线隔站设置备用机组3种方案进行预测,结果表明:在设计输量下设置备用机组和隔站设置备用机组2种方案的生产可用度均大于1,满足设计输送任务,综合对比后推荐中俄东线北段采用隔站设置备用机组方案。
China’s natural gas pipeline system compressor backup programs are mostly based on experience, unit availability analysis or hydraulic system and economic analysis of the results, did not take into account the impact of other components of the system. In order to fully reflect the impact of the backup plan on the whole pipeline system, the system reliability analysis method is adopted. Taking the northern section of China-Russia Eastern Line as an example, the production availability is set as the target value. The results showed that the production availability of two kinds of schemes of setting backup unit and separation station with reserve unit are all greater than 1 under design throughput, which meets the requirements of design and transportation tasks. After comprehensive comparison It is recommended that the northern section of China-Russia East Line be used to set up alternative units plans at stations.
