为节约某型火炮的试验成本,降低风险,需要设计火炮空投试验平台,进行模拟空投试验。首先,基于空投试验平台功能组成分析,利用Solid Work软件设计了空投火炮试验平台的各部分结构;然后根据其结构特性,对其强度进行了初步校核;最后,以某型自行火炮为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立其简化虚拟样机,对三种典型着陆工况进行了空投着陆仿真计算。结果表明,该试验平台可以实现火炮着陆工况的模拟,能够基本满足空投定型试验的需求。
In order to save the test cost and reduce the risk of a certain type of artillery, an artificial turret airdrop test platform needs to be designed to simulate an airdrop test. First of all, based on the analysis of the functional composition of the airdrop test platform, Solid Work software was used to design the structure of each part of the test platform of the dropped-air artillery. Then the strength of the test platform was initially checked according to its structural characteristics. Finally, , The use of ADAMS software to establish its simplified virtual prototype, landing on the three typical landing conditions for landing simulation. The results show that the test platform can simulate the landing condition of artillery, and can basically meet the requirements of airdrop stereotypes test.
