本文以5味中药沙参、砂仁、猪苓、莪术和鸡血藤为研究对象,以小鼠为实验动物,检测其对肿瘤化疗常用药环磷酰胺所产生毒副反应的减轻作用。实验结果表明:此5味中药对环磷酰胺引起的骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率(MNR)的聚增以及外周血白细胞值红细胞值和血红蛋白值的降低均有显著的抑制或缓解功效,提示其在肿瘤辅助治疗中具有开发价值和应用前景。
In this paper, 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine Adenophora, Amomum villosum, Polyporus umbellatus, Curcuma and Spatholobus suberectus were used as experimental subjects, and mice were used as experimental animals to test their alleviating effects on the side effects of cyclophosphamide, a commonly used drug for chemotherapy of tumors. The experimental results show that: The 5 Chinese herbal medicines significantly inhibited or alleviated the increase of the micronuclear rate (MNR) of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) and the decrease of the red blood cell value and hemoglobin value of the peripheral blood leukocyte value caused by cyclophosphamide. The efficacy suggests that it has development value and application prospects in the adjuvant treatment of tumors.
