间隙连接(gap junction,GJ)是细胞膜上的连接通道结构,其介导的细胞间隙连接通讯(gap junctionalintercellular communication,GJIC)在细胞增殖和分化调控中起着重要的作用。间隙连接的异常是肿瘤的一个重要特征,近年来发现,在诸多肿瘤细胞中存在Connexin基因的异常表达,使得肿瘤细胞生长速度加快,增殖能力增强;而纠正其异常表达后,肿瘤的生长速度减慢,增殖能力下降;且发现Cx基因的异常表达与肿瘤的侵袭与转移有密切的联系。文章就Cx43与肿瘤发生、发展的相关性以及Cx43在肿瘤治疗中的应用进行简要总结。
Gap junction (GJ) is a connecting channel structure on the cell membrane, and its gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. Gap junction abnormalities is an important feature of the tumor, found in recent years, many tumor cells in the presence of abnormal expression of Connexin gene, making the tumor cell growth rate, enhanced proliferative capacity; and correct its abnormal expression, the growth rate of tumor less Slow, and proliferation decreased; and found that abnormal expression of Cx gene and tumor invasion and metastasis are closely linked. This article summarizes the correlation between Cx43 and tumorigenesis and development and the application of Cx43 in cancer therapy.
