阅读材料教材问题是所有老师都面临的一个问题。虽然说优秀教师几乎用任何一套阅读教材上课都行,但显然文理通顺的阅读练习使教师有更多的时间更有效地配合学生解决个别阅读问题。我们阅读课教师通常面临两种情况:我们要么设法改编教科书以适合自己的需要,要么自己搜集阅读材料并编写练习以填补课程中的空白。下面各节将讨论如何评价,编写和使用第二语言阅读教材。阅读文选的评价我们无论从“现实世界”中寻找阅读文章还是从指定的文章中选用某一章节,都需要考虑两个因素才可决定用于课堂的阅读材料。
Reading materials The textbook problem is a problem all teachers face. Although excellent teachers can attend classes practically on almost any set of reading materials, it is clear that liberal arts reading exercises allow more time for teachers to work more effectively with students to solve individual reading problems. Teachers in our reading class usually face two situations: We either try to adapt the textbook to suit our own needs or collect the reading material ourselves and write exercises to fill in the gaps in the curriculum. The following sections discuss how to evaluate, write and use second language reading materials. Reading Appreciation of Literary Choice Whether we are looking for reading articles in the “real world” or selecting a chapter from a given article, two factors need to be taken into consideration before we can decide which reading material to use in the classroom.
