“胯”是人体下肢三大关节之一,是下肢三节之根,胯关节是腰与腿连接的重要枢纽。胯的技击作用很大。拳论曰:“有不得机不得势处,身便散乱,其病必于腰腿求之。”腰与腿的灵活性关键在于练好胯关节。因此,有经验的拳师讲“得机势应求腰胯”。胯的作用表现在:它可以调节上下肢协调,是行气主要关卡,是产生爆发力的源泉,是体重的承担者,是技击进攻的武器。怎样把握好胯关节呢?
