卵巢肿瘤剔除术是仅将卵巢内肿物剔除,保留正常卵巢组织,以保持卵巢功能,我科行剔除术5例,现报道如下。1　资料与方法我科自1997年以来,对5例已婚育龄妇女的良性卵巢肿瘤患者用剔除术取代过去的附件切除术,5例中年龄2 6～40岁。5例患者均无明显症状,发现肿物最长15d ,最短7d。 Ovarian tumor resection is only the ovarian tumor removed, retaining normal ovarian tissue, in order to maintain ovarian function, my department removed 5 cases, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods Our department since 1997, 5 cases of married women of childbearing age with benign ovarian cancer patients with excision replaces the past attachment resection, 5 patients were aged 26 to 40 years old. Five patients had no obvious symptoms and found the longest tumor 15d, the shortest 7d.
