目的探讨流感样病例比例(ILI%)与气象因素的关系。方法对深圳市盐田区2008年1月至2011年12月流感样病例比例监测数据与气象因素数据进行Spearman相关及多元线性回归分析,探讨影响流感样病例比例的主要气象因素。结果研究期间日均ILI%5.65,每年6-7月为ILI%高峰;流感高峰时月均气温26.64℃~27.74℃,月均相对湿度76.4%~85.6%,气压均处于年低谷990~998hpa,日降雨量处于每年的高峰;ILI%与日均气温、日均相对湿度、降雨量呈正相关,与日均气压、风速呈负相关,与日温差无显著性相关。结论气温、气压、相对湿度、风速是影响盐田区ILI%的主要气象因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between the proportion of flu-like cases (ILI%) and meteorological factors. Methods The Spearman correlation and multivariate linear regression analysis were performed on the surveillance data and meteorological data of influenza-like cases from January 2008 to December 2011 in Yantian District of Shenzhen City to explore the main meteorological factors influencing the proportion of influenza-like cases. Results During the study period, the average daily ILI was 5.65 and the annual ILI% peak was between June and July. The monthly average air temperature was 26.64 ℃ ~ 27.74 ℃ and the monthly average relative humidity was 76.4% ~ 85.6% at the peak of flu. The air pressure was at 990 ~ 998 hpa, Daily rainfall is at an annual peak; ILI% is positively correlated with average daily temperature, daily average relative humidity and rainfall, negatively correlated with daily average air pressure and wind speed, and no significant correlation with daily temperature difference. Conclusion Temperature, air pressure, relative humidity and wind speed are the main meteorological factors affecting ILI% in Yantian District.
