目的:对一起暴发流行细菌性痢疾的病原菌进行分离鉴定,为细菌性痢疾临床治疗和预防控制提供依据。方法:按《全国细菌性痢疾监测方案》提供的方法进行病原菌分离鉴定和药敏试验。结果:采集的15份标本中,4份粪便和1张洗碗布标本检出福氏志贺茵X变种。5株福氏志贺茵X变种对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、四环素、萘啶酸、复方新诺明均耐药,对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、头孢噻吩、头孢噻肟、利福平均敏感。结论:本次疫情为一起由福氏志贺菌X变种引起的食源性细菌性痢疾暴发流行。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the pathogens causing outbreak of epidemic bacillary dysentery and provide the basis for clinical treatment and prevention and control of bacillary dysentery. Methods: According to the “National Bacterial dysentery monitoring program” provides methods for pathogenic bacteria isolation and identification and drug susceptibility testing. Results: Of the 15 specimens collected, 4 specimens of stool and 1 specimen of cloth-washing cloth were used to detect Shigella flexneri X variant. Five strains of Shigella flexneri X were resistant to ampicillin, amoxicillin, gentamicin, tetracycline, nalidixic acid and cotrimoxazole, and were resistant to ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, cefalotin, Cefotaxime, rifampin are sensitive on average. Conclusion: The outbreak was a foodborne bacterial dysentery outbreak which was caused by Shigella flexneri X variant.
