在开发海上油田过程中,多相输送可简化工艺流程,减小平台面积并节省一条海底管线,从而节约大量的投资。此外,多相输送技术还可充分利用边际断块油田的气资源减少能源损耗,以及在陆上低产并上可降低井口回压和减少井下泵的漏失而提高油井产量。文章描述了多相泵输送在胜利营11断块油田的应用及其多相泵的选型原则。这为其它陆上断块油田以及浅海油田推广应用多相泵输送技术打下了良好的基础
In the development of offshore oilfields, multi-phase transport simplifies the process, reduces the platform area and saves a subsea pipeline, saving significant investment. In addition, the multi-phase transport technology can also make full use of the marginal fault block gas resources to reduce energy losses, as well as low production on land and can reduce wellhead back pressure and reduce the loss of downhole pumps and improve well production. The paper describes the application of multiphase pump in Shengliying 11 fault block oil field and the principle of multiphase pump selection.
