在一次“中外大学校长论坛”上,来自世界著名大学的14位校长汇集一堂,在聊到他们眼里的中国留学生时,都得出近乎相同的结论:中国学生不但勤奋,而且聪明、礼貌,但是缺乏挑战精神。而体育教育正是健康教育不可或缺的一部分。《体育课程标准》根据学生各阶段的心理特点提出从不同方面培养学生心理健康的要求,其中特别强调个性心理品质(如敢于竞争,敢于挑战)的培养。因此,拓展体育的功效已成为体育教学发展的必然。作为一名体育教师,我认为有必要研究和探索“如何利用课堂对学生进行挑战性任务的指导和帮助”。
At one of the “Forum of Presidents of Chinese and Foreign Universities,” 14 heads of world famous universities came together to talk about the Chinese students in their eyes. They all came to the same conclusion: Chinese students are not only hardworking but also clever, Courtesy, but lacking in a spirit of challenge. Physical education is an indispensable part of health education. According to the psychological characteristics of students at all stages, Physical Education Curriculum Standards put forward the requirements of cultivating students’ mental health in different aspects, with particular emphasis on the cultivation of individual psychological qualities (such as daring to compete and daring to challenge). Therefore, expanding the effectiveness of sports has become the inevitable development of physical education. As a physical education teacher, I think it is necessary to study and explore “how to use the classroom to guide and help students with challenging tasks.”
