采用SCL-90症状自评量表评定某蓄电池厂142名铅作业女工的心理健康问题。结果显示,暴露组女工血铅水平明显高于对照组,暴露组总分、阳性项目数、阳性症状得分高于对照组(P<0.05),在9组症候群因子中,躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐怖等4组因子得分暴露组高于对照组(P<0.05),暴露组心理健康的改变与血铅水平有关。提示低浓度铅接触可能对女工的心理健康造成影响。
Using SCL-90 Symptom Checklist to assess the mental health of 142 lead workers in a battery factory. The results showed that the level of blood lead in the exposed group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The scores of total score, number of positive items and positive symptoms in the exposure group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Among the 9 groups of syndrome factors, somatization, (P <0.05). The change of mental health in exposure group was related to blood lead level. Suggesting that low levels of lead exposure may affect the mental health of women workers.
