以小菜蛾、棉铃虫为生物测定昆虫 ,通过测定 5种无机盐 (Na2 CO3,K2 CO3,CaCl2 ,MgSO4 ,和MgCl2 )对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂的增效作用进行增效因子的筛选。结果表明 ,以小菜蛾为供试昆虫 ,除CaCl2 外 ,其余 4种无机盐对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂均表现增效作用 ,0 .0 10 %MgCl2 效果最好 ,增效比为 1.5 6。以棉铃虫为供试昆虫 ,5种无机盐对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂均表现增效作用 ,0 .0 12 5 %MgSO4 效果最好 ,增效比为 1.6 9,0 .0 2 5 %的Na2 CO3 次之 ,增效比为 1.5 9
Insecticides were detected in diamondback moth and cotton bollworm and the synergistic effect of 5 inorganic salts (Na2CO3, K2CO3, CaCl2, MgSO4, and MgCl2) on Bacillus thuringiensis oil was tested. The results showed that with the diamondback moth as tested insects, the other four inorganic salts showed synergistic effects on Bacillus thuringiensis oil except CaCl2, with 0.010% MgCl2 being the best, with a synergistic ratio of 1.56. With the cotton bollworm as tested insects, the five inorganic salts all showed synergistic effects on the Bacillus thuringiensis oil, with 0.125% MgSO4 being the best, with a synergistic ratio of 1.6 9,0. 0 25% Na2 Followed by CO3, and the efficiency ratio is 1.59
