最近几年,全国高职高专示范性建设在全国正如火如荼的展开,各高职大专院校都努力抓住这次机遇来提升自己的竞争力。作为高职院校核心竞争力的一环,新的课程体系的开发与建设被摆在了尤为突出的位置,如何摆脱过去以学科体系为基础的课程结构的束缚,建立在行动体系下的课程结构即学习领域,成为我们要思考的问题。本文首先分析了目前我国高职课程的现状与不足,接着阐述了以工作过程为导向的课程开发的过程与理论,最后运用该理论对机场运行管理专业课程体系进行开发,实现了由工作岗位到课程体系的有机转换。
In recent years, the demonstration construction of higher vocational education in the whole country is in full swing.
