由于长期处于冰冻、台风、雷击和盐雾等恶劣气候条件下运行,风力机叶片易出现不同程度的疲劳损伤的问题,本文综述了包括振动检测技术、声发射检测技术、机器视觉检测技术和红外热成像检测技术等目前国内外应用于运行状态下的风力机叶片在线监测和故障诊断的主要检测技术,详细介绍了各检测技术的检测原理和应用范围,对比分析各检测技术的优缺点,最后对该领域未来的发展方向提出了建议,认为未来还需要在多传感器优化融合、布线及信号优化方面深入研究。
Due to long-term operation in severe climatic conditions such as freezing, typhoon, lightning and salt fog, the wind turbine blades are prone to fatigue damage to varying degrees.
