本文较为系统地介绍和推证了Kearsey和Jinks(1968)提出的检测群体性状遗传结构的交配设计—三重测交的遗传原理及统计分析方法,并提出一种处理固定上位性遗传分量和非固定上位性遗传分量的近似方法。其目的是使育种家能更好理解和应用这一新的遗传交配设计,为作物的遗传研究和育种工作服务。
This article systematically introduces and testifies the genetic theory and statistical analysis method of triple crossover test proposed by Kearsey and Jinks (1968) to detect the genetic structure of population traits and proposes a method to deal with the relationship between fixed epistatic genetic components and unfixed Approximate Method for Epistatic Genetic Components. Its purpose is to enable breeders to better understand and apply this new genetic mating design to serve the genetic research and breeding of crops.
