目前,在小氮肥行业,降低吨氨电耗还是有潜力可挖的。就年产7500吨合成氨装置而言,合成工段合成塔出口气的温度为115℃,压力为154.5大气压。通过热量衡标,每小时要被冷却水带走的热量就达61万大卡。而合成工段循环机出口的气体所需消耗的冷量为每小时10~15万大卡。这些冷量是由55瓩电动机带动压缩式冰机而获得的。如果能将合成塔出口气的余热用氨吸收制冷代替冰机压缩制冷,就有希望降低吨氨电耗。
