用金相、扫描电镜、电子探针和x射线衍射方法,研究了钛合金渗铝层的显微组织、成分和相结构.结果表明:渗铝层厚度均匀,与基体平直相接,在渗层上有裂纹存在;渗层中Ti和Al的原子比接近TiAl_3相;渗层的相组成主要是TiAl_3,还有少量的TiAl和Ti_3Al.
The microstructure, composition and phase structure of the aluminized layer of titanium alloy were studied by metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the aluminized layer was uniform in thickness and straight with the substrate. There are cracks on the diffusion layer; the atomic ratio of Ti to Al in the diffusion layer is close to the TiAl_3 phase; the phase composition of the diffusion layer is mainly TiAl_3, and a small amount of TiAl and Ti_3Al.
