目的观察前列腺炎对大鼠尿道腺分泌的影响。方法20只Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为前列腺炎组和对照组,前列腺炎组侧叶内给予注射完全弗氏佐剂0.1ml,对照组给予注射生理盐水0.1ml,2周后取尿道腺组织做AB-PAS黏液染色和分泌型粘蛋白MUC5AC免疫组化染色。结果①前列腺炎组前列腺内大量淋巴细胞、单核细胞浸润,对照组阴性,前列腺炎动物模型建立成功。②AB-PAS黏液特殊染色提示:前列腺炎组大鼠尿道腺细胞的黏液面积、直径、光密度均比对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③分泌型粘蛋白MUC5AC免疫组化染色结果提示前列腺炎组粘蛋白面积、平均光密度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺炎可以导致尿道腺合成和分泌黏液功能增强,这可能是前列腺患者尿道分泌物增多的原因之一。
Objective To observe the effect of prostatitis on urethral gland secretion in rats. Methods Twenty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into prostatitis group and control group. 0.1ml of complete Freund’s adjuvant was injected into the lateral lobe of prostatitis group and 0.1ml of physiological saline was given into the control group. After 2 weeks, urethral gland tissue AB-PAS mucus staining and secretory mucin MUC5AC immunohistochemical staining. Results ① Prostatitis in the prostate large numbers of lymphocytes, monocyte infiltration, negative control group, prostatitis animal model was established. ②AB-PAS mucus special staining Tip: Prostatitis rat urethral gland mucus area, diameter, optical density than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (3) The results of immunohistochemical staining of secreting mucin MUC5AC suggested that the mucin area and average optical density in prostatitis group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Prostatitis can lead to enhanced synthesis of urethral gland and secretion of mucus, which may be one of the reasons for increased urethral discharge in patients with prostate.
