本文为部分人群生殖泌尿道１～１４血清型解脲支原体（Ｕｕ）感染情况的研究。结果表明：①Ｕｕ阳性率以现症ＳＴＤ病人最高，其次为性滥人群、一般人群中的感染者，而健康人群最低；②我国存在全部１４型Ｕｕ感染，并且存在未定型Ｕｕ；③１和４型Ｕｕ与感染症联系密切，２、８和１０型Ｕｕ与感染症亦有一定关联，３、９和１４型则是以寄居形式为主；④混合型别Ｕｕ感染率与性活动紊乱程度关系密切。
This article is part of the population genitourinary urethritis 1 ~ 14 serotype Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection. The results showed that: (1) The positive rate of Uu in patients with STD was the highest, followed by the abusers and the general population, and the lowest in healthy population. (2) There were all 14 Uu infections in our country with undetermined Uu; (3) Uu and infectious disease are closely linked, 2,8 and 10 type Uu and infectious diseases are also related, 3,9 and 14 type is mainly based on the habitat; ④ mixed type Uu infection rate and the degree of sexual activity disorders are closely linked .
