目的观察足月妊娠患者引产时合理应用Cook球囊方案的临床效果。方法选取在医院妇产科分娩的足月妊娠患者232例为研究对象,均选Cook球囊方案引产。结果 232例患者应用Cook球囊后,Bishop分数从(3.39±0.92)分升至(8.79±0.18)分(P<0.05)。7例(3.02%)患者引产失败,8例(3.45%)患者实施剖宫产。结论对于足月妊娠患者,在促进其宫颈成熟操作中,通过实施Cook球囊方案,不仅能改善患者Bishop分数,而且还能保证其引产效果,降低引产失败率、剖宫产率等,从而改善预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cook balloon in inducing labor in full-term pregnancy. Methods A total of 232 full-term pregnant women delivered in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients were enrolled in the Cook Balloon Program. Results After applying Cook balloon in 232 patients, the Bishop score increased from (3.39 ± 0.92) to (8.79 ± 0.18) points (P <0.05). Seven patients (3.02%) failed induction of labor and 8 (3.45%) patients underwent cesarean. Conclusions For full-term pregnant women, improving their cervix maturation can not only improve the Bishop score but also ensure the induction of labor, reduce the rate of induced abortion and cesarean section through the implementation of the Cook balloon program, thus improving Prognosis, it is worth to promote clinical application.
