本文观察了5Gy~(60)Coγ,射线急性照射和不同剂量环磷酰胺(CTX)对小鼠粒、巨噬系造血祖细胞的损伤特点,发现CFU-GM是观察造血损伤修复能力的最敏感指标;CTX有很强的拟放射线的特性,在本文所用的剂量范围内,其对粒系的损伤比放射所致的损伤持续时间短、恢复快,有明显的剂量效应关系;实验还表明,追踪观察白细胞的变化,在一定程度上可反应骨髓的造血恢复能力。
In this paper, we observed the injury characteristics of granulocyte-macrophage-derived hematopoietic progenitor cells from 5Gy ~ (60) Coγ, acute radiation and different doses of cyclophosphamide (CTX). CFU-GM was the most sensitive to observe the hematopoietic repair ability Index; CTX has a strong quasi-radiation properties, in the dose range used in this article, the damage to the particle system than the radiation-induced injury duration is short, rapid recovery, a significant dose-response relationship; experiments also show that, Follow-up observation of leukocyte changes, to some extent, can respond to bone marrow hematopoietic recovery.
