为增强衍射线形测算的近似函数法的适用性,该法中某些手段有待于改进和规范化。本文探讨了该法中衍射峰背底扣除的准确方法;分析了Rachinger法分离出的Kα_1峰高角侧半峰曲线波动的规律及原因;推荐了严格计算物理宽化函数积分宽度的方法。
In order to enhance the applicability of the approximate function method of diffraction line measurement, some of the methods in this method need to be improved and normalized. In this paper, the exact method of subtracting the backscattered peaks in the method is discussed. The regularity and reason of the fluctuation of the half-height curve of the Kα_1 peak separated by the Rachinger method are analyzed. A method for strictly calculating the integral width of the physical width function is proposed.
