随着海事卫星技术的进步和业务复杂度的不断提高,传统粗放型的清结算模式已经难以适应发展的需要。本文主要从现代清分结算概念及体系角度,以电信运营商及其它行业在相关方面的成功应用为参考及依据,在海事卫星业务中进行清分结算系统的研究与应用。 With the advancement of maritime satellite technology and the continuous increase of business complexity, the traditional extensive settlement model has been difficult to meet the needs of development. In this paper, mainly from the modern concept of clear settlement and system point of view, to the successful application of telecom operators and other industries in related aspects as a reference and basis for the maritime satellite business in the clearing and settlement system research and application.
