目的:观察天蚕丝医用缝线在动物模型中的生物相容性效果表达,评估天蚕丝医用缝线的应用前景。方法:将南岭天蚕丝制成的医用缝合线针与美国进口PGA高分子材料Dexon线对照,用于动物家兔模型,经过一系列标本组织固定,脱水,浸蜡,包埋,染色等操作,在Olympus光学显微镜下观察标本切片摄像,比较局部组织炎症细胞浸润情况,成纤维细胞增生数目及毛细血管密度。结果:动态观察埋入7天,15天,30天时实验组与对照组的细胞增生,血管增生,炎症反应,结果显示,实验组经过30天的皮下埋植后细胞结构与正常组织几无差异,而对照组细胞出现了结构紊乱,少许胶原形成。结论:天蚕丝医用缝线与美国进口PGA高分子材料Dexon线相比较,前者具有打结方便,性能优良,持续能力好,被血液浸湿后能逐渐膨胀,充满针眼,减少渗血渗出,手术缝合质量好,局部炎症反应小,有良好的组织相容性的特征。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the biocompatibility effect of medical silk suture on the animal model and evaluate its application prospect. Methods: The medical suture needles made by Nanlingtian silkworm were compared with the Dexon line imported from the United States for the PGA polymer material, and were used in animal model of rabbits. After a series of specimens were fixed, dehydrated, dipped in wax, embedded and dyed The specimens were observed under an Olympus optical microscope and compared with the infiltration of inflammatory cells in local tissues. The number of fibroblasts and capillary density were compared. Results: The cell proliferation, angiogenesis and inflammatory reaction in the experimental group and the control group were observed dynamically at 7, 15 and 30 days after implantation. The results showed that there was no difference between the experimental group and the normal tissue after subcutaneous implantation for 30 days , While the control group of cells appeared structural disorder, a small amount of collagen formation. Conclusion: Compared with the Dexon line imported from the United States, the former has the advantages of convenient knotting, excellent performance, good sustained ability, gradual expansion after being wetted by blood, full of pinholes and reduction of bleeding and exudation, Surgical suture good quality, local inflammatory response is small, with good characteristics of tissue compatibility.
