目的评价银杏达莫注射液防治蒽环类化疗药物心脏毒性的疗效。方法选取2002年3月至2005年5月大连市第三人民医院80例肿瘤患者将其随机分为银杏达莫组和对照组;银杏达莫组化疗同时应用银杏达莫注射液20~25 mL 静滴,每日1次。15d 为1疗程,对照组化疗同时应用三磷酸腺苷40 mg、辅酶A100 mg 静滴,每日1次,15 d 为1疗程。观察化疗前后患者的心电图、超声心动图(心室射血分数)和血清心肌酶学指标的变化。结果化疗后银杏达莫组心电图、心室射血分数和血清心肌酶学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液对蒽环类化疗药物所致的心脏毒性有保护作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yinxingdamo injection in preventing and treating anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity. Methods Eighty patients with cancer from the Third People’s Hospital of Dalian City from March 2002 to May 2005 were randomly divided into gingko-damo group and control group. The patients in gingko-dipo-m group were treated with 20-25 mL Intravenous infusion, 1 day. 15d for a course of treatment, while the control group chemotherapy simultaneously adenosine triphosphate 40 mg, Coenzyme A 100 mg intravenous infusion once daily, 15 d for a course of treatment. The changes of electrocardiogram, echocardiography (ventricular ejection fraction) and serum enzyme of myocardial enzymes before and after chemotherapy were observed. Results After chemotherapy, the ECG, ventricular ejection fraction and serum myocardial enzymological parameters in the bilobalum group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection has the protective effect on the cardiotoxicity caused by anthracycline chemotherapy.
