采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子衍射(TEM)等方法研究了时效温度对一种(α+β)两相钛合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:时效温度对合金中初生α相形貌的影响较小,但α稳定元素Al和β稳定元素Mo、Cr等在初生α中的变化呈相反规律;随时效温度的升高,合金中β相的晶格常数逐渐变大,并且次生α相的尺寸呈现一定的粗化,但次生α相的体积分数变化较小。TEM研究显示,次生α相与β相符合经典的取向关系。
The effects of aging temperature on the microstructure of a (α + β) two-phase titanium alloy were investigated by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron diffraction (TEM) The results show that the aging temperature has little effect on the morphology of the primary α phase in the alloy. However, the changes of α and β stabilizing elements such as Mo and Cr in the primary α have the opposite laws. With the aging temperature increasing, The lattice constant of β phase becomes larger and the size of secondary α phase shows a certain degree of coarsening, but the volume fraction of secondary α phase changes little. TEM studies show that the secondary alpha phase and beta phase correspond to the classical orientation relationship.
