固体润滑就是用具有润滑性能的固体粉末、粘结薄膜或复合材料代替润滑油脂来隔开相对运动的摩擦表面,以达到减少两个相互接触的运动表面间的摩擦和磨损,从而延长运动部件的寿命。固体润滑剂是一种新兴的润滑工艺。随着工业的现代化和自动化发展,固体润滑近几十年来也得到了突飞猛进的发展。特别是宇航技术的迅速发展,对润滑材料提出了更苛刻的要求:
Solid lubrication is the use of solid lubricants, adhesive film or composite instead of grease to separate the relative movement of the friction surface, in order to achieve reduced friction between the two contact surfaces and wear and tear, thereby extending the moving parts life. Solid lubricant is a new lubrication process. With the modernization of industry and the development of automation, solid lubrication has also enjoyed rapid development in recent decades. In particular, the rapid development of aerospace technology, the lubrication materials put forward more stringent requirements:
