采用20辊轧机生产薄带和极薄带材时,为得到厚度均匀和板形良好的产品,需要对辊型进行调节。辊型调节方式通常分为径向调节和轴向调节。本文仅对轴向调节——在轧制状态下实现轴向调节的条件及其有关参数间的关系进行了研究。通过理论分析和实验研究,认为将一端带有锥度的第一列中间辊作为轴向调节辊轧制时,在非全静摩擦条件下(也只能在这种条件下)能使其沿轴向移动,改变辊型,从而实现负荷下的轴向调节;并确定了轴向调节速度与轴向力、径向压力及轧制速度等参数的关系。
When using a 20-roll mill to produce thin strips and very thin strips, the roller profile needs to be adjusted in order to obtain a product with a uniform thickness and a good plate shape. Roll adjustment methods are usually divided into radial adjustment and axial adjustment. In this paper, only the axial adjustment - in the rolling state to achieve the axial adjustment of the conditions and the relationship between the parameters were studied.
