目的:Logistic回归分析方法寻找出溃疡性结肠炎常见证候特异性的主要及次要症状指标,为该病的中医辨证标准化提供依据.方法:首先应用聚类分析方法对232例溃疡性结肠炎的症状分析得出该病的基本中医证候,然后应用Logistic回归分析方法对各证的症状进行分析研究.结果:聚类分析得出7类中医基本证候;Lo-gistic回归分析提示:大肠湿热证主要症状:脉滑数、舌红、苔黄腻、腹部灼痛、里急后重等,次要症状:肛门灼热、头身困重等;阴虚肠燥证主要症状:舌红少苔、舌红少津、脉细数、腹部隐隐灼热等,次要症状:花剥苔、五心烦热等;脾胃虚弱证主要症状:便溏、舌淡嫩、苔白微腻、脉濡缓等,次要症状:纳差、食后腹胀等;肝郁脾虚证主要症状:腹痛则泻、泻后痛减、与情志有关、脉弦等,次要症状:矢气较频、腹部胀痛等;脾肾阳虚证主要症状:脉沉细或弱、畏寒肢冷、五更泻、舌淡胖边齿痕等,次要症状:腰膝酸软、腹部冷痛等;血瘀肠络证主要症状:舌瘀点瘀斑、舌质紫暗、脉涩、腹部刺痛等;次要症状:腹部固定痛、面色晦暗等;寒热错杂证主要症状:脉濡数、苔薄黄、腹泻时发时止、胃脘灼热不舒等,次要症状:舌质淡红、嘈杂等.结论:Logistic回归分析方法筛选出溃疡性结肠炎7类基本中医证候的主要及次要症状,为该病中医辨证标准化研究提供了一种新的思路.“,”Objective:To investigate the ulcerative colitis symptoms rule of combination.Methods:Application of cluster analysis method,the author summarized the ulcerative colitis basic of TCM syndrome;using principal component analysis,a comprehensive analysis of ulcerative colitis symptoms in each card to find out ulcerative colitis Common Syndromes specific the symptom index.Results:Using cluster analysis,seven common syndrome types were found.Tip:Syndrome of large intestinal damp-heat main symptoms:slippery pulse,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,abdominal scorching pain,tenesmus;Syndrome of large intestinal damp-heat minor symptoms:feverish sensation in the anus,heavy sensation in the head and body;Syndrome of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness main symptoms:red tongue,less moss,little Tianjin,rapid pulse,dull and scorching of abdomen;Syndrome of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness minor symptoms:peeling of the coating,dysphoria with feverish sensation in the chest,palms and soles;Deficiency of the spleen and stomach main symptoms:red tongue,yellow greasy moss,pulse a few strings,slippery pulse,irritability,thirst-hi cold,dry mouth waiting;Deficiency of the spleen and stomach minor symptoms:anorexia,fullness in the abdominal area after intake of food;Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome main symptoms:loose stools,pale tongne,greasy moss,How slow pulse;Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome minor symptoms:passing gas frequently,distending pain in the abdomen;Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome main symptoms:thin pulse.aversion to cold,morning diarrhea,tongue pale edge scalloped;Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome miuor symptoms:soreness of the waist and knees,cold pain in the abdomen;Syndrome of blood stasis in the intestinal collateral main symptoms:tongue with cyanotic peteehiae and points,cyanotic tongue,astringent pulse,abdominal stabbing pain;Syndrome of blood stasis in the intestinal collateral minor symptoms:localized pain in the abdomen,gloomy complexion;Cold-heat complex syndrome main symptoms:fast and soft pulse,thin and yellow tongue fur,intermittent diarrhea attacks,scorching pain in the epigastrium,etc;Cold-heat complex syndrome minor symptoms:pale and red tongue,discomfort sensation in the gastric area.Conclusion:Cluster analysis,principal component analysis,statistical methods,the study of the symptoms of rule of combination,Syndromes of some significance.
