为了提高小叶黄果枸杞的硬枝扦插成苗率,比较IBA、GA3、速生根、NAA和艾施生根粉5种生长调节剂溶液浸泡小叶黄果枸杞硬枝插条对其扦插成苗效果的影响。结果表明:1)用750 mg/L IBA溶液浸泡处理小叶黄果枸杞硬枝插条的成活率最高,为80.67%;其次是750 mg/L GA3,为78%,清水最低,为50.67%。2)用750 mg/L IBA和750 mg/L GA3溶液浸泡处理插条的分枝数较多,分别为3.5个/株和3.4个/株;新生枝也较长,分别为19.7 cm/株和17.3 cm/株;且均极显著高于1 000 ml/L艾施生根粉溶液和清水浸泡处理插条的分枝数和新生枝长。3)用750 mg/L IBA和750 mg/L GA3溶液浸泡处理插条的新生根数分别为5.5条/株和4.9条/株,新生根长分别为9.93 cm/株和9.85 cm/株,均显著和极显著高于750 mg/L NAA、500 mg/L速生根、1 000 ml/L艾施生根粉溶液和清水浸泡处理的新生根数和新生根长。因此,生产上用750 mg/L IBA和750 mg/L GA3生长调节剂溶液浸泡处理小叶黄果枸杞硬枝插条,可极显著提高其成活率,促进根系和枝条生长,加快其繁殖速度。
