本文基于图书馆知识传播服务过程中客观存在的内部和外部影响因素,分析了当前图书馆知识传播服务存在的不足,提出了知识传播服务的递进式实践转向,即从隐性学习到隐性互动,从隐性知识到显性知识,从显性知识到新显性知识,从新显性到隐性内化,再将内化后的知识实现馆内传播以及馆外交流,进而完成整个知识传播服务的实践转向过程。
