目的 探讨电脑视野检查准确且省时的参考设置条件。方法 在三种不同设置条件下 ,分别测定正常人 2 0例 40眼视网膜静态光阈值 ,分别按性别和不同设置条件分组 ,将平均光阈值进行统计学处理。结果 三种不同设置条件下 ,平均光阈值无性别差异 ;视标闪烁时间 5 0 0 ms与 30 0 m s有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 70 0 m s无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 视标闪烁时间 5 0 0 ms是电脑视野检查的合适参数
Objective To investigate the accurate and time-saving reference setting conditions of computer vision examination. Methods The static light thresholds of 40 eyes of 40 normal subjects were measured under three different settings. The average light thresholds were statistically analyzed according to gender and different settings. Results There was no significant difference in average light threshold under three different settings. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the target scintillation time of 500 ms and 30 0 ms, and no significant difference from 70 ms > 0 .0 5). Conclusion The visual target flicker time of 500 ms is a suitable parameter for computer vision examination
