“健康”是高考书面表达常考的话题。比如,2006年的福建卷考查了“良好的饮食习惯”话题,2007年的天津卷和2009年的广东卷都考查了“视力保护”话题,2009年的江西卷考查了“心情调节”话题,等等。健康包括身体健康和心理健康两方面,高考命题往往从这两个角度切入,要大家谈谈保持健康的方法。针对“健康”这个话题,有什么内容可以写呢?
(1) 保持身心健康的意义
①从总体看: Health has a huge impact on every aspect of our life.
②从学习看: Improvement in physical and mental fitness contributes substantially to our studies.
③从生活看:Good health usually means a longer and more enjoyable life.
④从工作看:Only when we are physically and psychologically healthy will we be ready for the challenges and opportunities in life.
