本文采用文献资料法,对目前高校体育课程改革中体育教师的师资建设问题进行了分析研究。从高尚的思想道德情操、全面扎实的专业知识、全新的教育理念、重视培养教师的科研素质、开展创新教育的能力、培养骨干教师,重视学术梯队建设六个方面进行阐述,表明高校体育教师的体育师资的建设是适应高校体育课程改革的客观要求,同时也是高校体育教师适应新形势、新任务,履行教育教学职责的迫切要求。 In this paper, the literature method is used to analyze the teacher training of physical education teachers in current college physical education reform. From the noble ideological and moral sentiments, a comprehensive and solid professional knowledge, a new philosophy of education, emphasis on training teachers’ quality of scientific research, the ability to carry out innovative education, training of key teachers, attention to the construction of academic echelon six aspects to elaborate, indicating that college PE teachers The construction of PE faculty is to meet the objective requirements of the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, but also the urgent requirements of physical education teachers in colleges and universities to adapt to the new situation, new tasks, fulfill the duties of education and teaching.
