采用导电摩擦焊工艺对小直径异种材料进行了对焊工艺试验.试验表明:由于在摩擦焊过程中引入了电流,利用电阻热来补偿小直径工件在摩擦焊时摩擦热量的不足,因此使小直径异种材料的焊接成为可能.除研究了小直径异种材料导电摩擦焊的基本规律外,还对其接头微观组织与性能的关系以及接头中脱碳层和次生摩擦面的形成与防止进行了分析.
Conductive friction welding process of small diameter dissimilar materials were butt welding process test. The experiment shows that the welding of smaller diameter dissimilar materials is possible because of the introduction of electric current during friction welding and the use of resistance heat to compensate for the lack of frictional heat of small diameter workpiece during friction welding. In addition to studying the basic rules of conductive friction welding of small diameter dissimilar materials, the relationship between the microstructure and properties of the joints and the formation and prevention of decarburized and secondary friction surfaces in the joints were also analyzed.
